Kendrick Lamar’s new music surfaced online, hints at the album release.
It looks like we are finally getting a new Kendrick Lamar project. Out of nowhere, hints and rumors about the long-awaited Kendrick Lamar album have surfaced online. There are some new snippets of Kendrick’s music has leaked online, which point at a possible official release soon, probably this Friday on October 22, the date which will also mark the ninth anniversary of the classic “good kid, m.A.A.d city” album. It is noticed that K. Dot’s profile picture has also been changed after 4 years, which was the same since his last album “DAMN.”
In about 3 weeks, Kendrick Lamar is also set to headline Day N Vegas Festival in Las Vegas on November 12, which also means that he might want to hype up his performance with some new music release. A couple of months ago, Lamar returned to social media to announce his new album, which will his last from the Top Dawg Entertainment label.
“I spend most of my days with fleeting thoughts. Writing. Listening. And collecting old Beach cruisers. As I produce my final TDE album, I feel joy to have been a part of such a cultural imprint after 17 years, The Struggles. The Success. And most importantly, the Brotherhood. May the Most High continue to use Top Dawg as a vessel for candid creators. As I continue to pursue my life’s calling. See you soon enough,” he wrote.
Soon after that, Kendrick Lamar assisted his cousin Baby Keem on the song called “Family Ties“, followed by one more collaboration on Keem’s latest project “The Melodic Blue“. In February, Kendrick Lamar will also join Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige for a historic SuperBowl Halftime performance.
