Kendrick Lamar spent $8.6 million for a new penthouse in Brooklyn.
Kendrick Lamar adds a new resident to his name as the rapper buys a luxury penthouse in Brooklyn. According to the New York Times, the rapper paid $8.6 million for the duplex at Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The house comes with East River views, and it is a 106-unit condominium built in 2015 at 90 Furman Street.
K. Dot’s new penthouse is on 3,140 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an open kitchen and dining area, and a living room with 18-foot ceilings.

As far as real estate goes, K. Dot previously bought a house in Eastvale, California in 2013 for $523,400. In 2017, he bought a home in a gated Calabasas community for $2.65 million. He then bought a mansion in Manhattan Beach, California for $9.7 million in 2019. Last year in December 2022, the rapper bought a mansion in LA’s Bel Air neighborhood for $16 million.
