Joell Ortiz wants to get in the booth with Slaughterhouse, KXNG Crooked responds.
After Knxg Crooked made comments about Royce Da 5’9′′ and Lupe Fiasco’s feud, Joell Ortiz urged a Slaughterhouse reunion. Last week, Royce da 5’9″ had a falling out with fellow podcast rapper Lupe Fiasco after they both had a verbal spat during a live stream. It ended up duo throwing shots at each other with new diss tracks. In the song called “Silence of the Lambda“, Royce also takes shots at Mickey Factz, who responds with the track called “Wraith“. Mickey Factz also name drops Eminem, Slaughterhouse, Joe Budden, and more. Ever since then, fans are wanting a reunion of Slaughterhouse, to take part in this new beef.
KXNG Crooked recently tweeted that if this feud had the power to reunite Slaughterhouse, which he has been trying to do for years, he would feel like getting slapped in the face. “I would feel like I got slapped in the face if Lu and Mick had the power to reunite Slaughterhouse and I couldn’t after trying all those years ago. Can you imagine that?” he wrote. Crooked’s fellow Slaughterhouse member Joell Ortiz responds to the tweet and says that there’s still time to reunite their hip-hop group. “Guess what tho.. There’s still time to reunite SlaughterHouse. Let’s just all get in the booth bro. It’s that simple. Beats and rhymes and good times.”
The spirit of Slaughterhouse has been a driving force for KXNG Crooked and Joell Ortiz, who recently teamed up for the great joint body of work H.A.R.D. Mello Music Group will release the eight-track album on May 29. In addition to Heatmakerz’s production, H.A.R.D. will feature beats from !llMind, Erick Sermon, Apollo Brown, and J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League.
When they talk about what they’ve done together, there’s a feeling of nostalgia in each man’s cadence. And, maybe, more importantly, a sense of mutual respect. It’s the reason Crook and Joell felt compelled to reconnect once more, scheduling a lengthy studio session motivated by mutual respect, artistic trust, and a desire to chase the “great vibes.”

However, fans don’t want Joe Budden to be included in the group and request for Eminem to be joining the gang. Also, Royce Da 5’9′′ recently posted a handful of snippets from the “Glass House” album, prompting fans to speculate: IS SLAUGHTERHOUSE COMING BACK?! WILL JOE BUDDEN COME OUT OF RETIREMENT?!
