Jack Harlow compares himself to Eminem.
Following an announcement earlier this week, Jack Harlow made his return to music with the surprise new album “Jackman” with no guest appearances. This was his third studio effort, and a follow-up to last year’s “Come Home The Kids Miss You”.
On the second track of the album titled “They Don’t Love It”, the rapper compares himself to Eminem as he mentions the rapper with reference to the song “Lose Yourself”. “The hardest white boy since the one who rapped about vomit and sweaters / And hold the comments ’cause I promise you I’m honestly better than / whoever came to your head right then,” he raps.

Harlow already collaborated with the Detroit rapper on the “Killer” remix with Cordae in 2021. The Kentucky rapper has shown love for Eminem several times, as he called him his big influence. “True to the culture. I grew up listening to Eminem,” he said previously. “I idolized Eminem, a big influence of mine while growing up. I mean he’s so dope. But also obviously… I remember when I was ten or eleven, I would wear like a toboggan, and hoodie, and headphones around my neck. Cause I wanted to feel like him. I definitely had an Eminem phase feeling like wow, just that Caucasian connection, you know. It’s strong.”
The 2021 collab is now eligible for Platinum status in the US, as it moved over 1 million copies last month. “Yo I got a platinum song with Eminem ! God is amazing,” wrote Cordae.
