Irv Gotti shades 50 Cent amid Ja Rule & Fat Joe VERZUZ Battle.
Earlier tonight, Fat Joe and Ja Rule went up against each other for a VERZUZ battle event at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The battle also featured appearances from Jadakiss, Remy Ma, Ashanti, Nelly, and more. Before the event, there were some rumors that Fat Joe might bring 50 Cent in the battle, who had a known feud with Ja Rule. 50 Cent didn’t make an appearance on the show, but fans had been spamming his name in live streams on Social Media.
Irv Gotti, who was also one of the viewers on IG, shuts down trolls as he threw shades at 50 Cent. “All y’all talking that 50 sh*t. All good,” wrote the Murder Inc. Records boss. “He got beat up stabbed up. Shot up. And sued us. That’s all I’m gonna say. Your hero ain’t what you think he is. Period. And Facts.”

Ja Rule recently also responded to rumors about 50 Cent’s appearance. “Listen, that would be the dumbest thing ever. You didn’t want to get in the gauntlet with me, but you want to make an appearance? Come on… bring it on, baby.” Ja Rule laughs. “I ain’t fearing nothing, yo. If that happens, that just means I have to give both of them that work.”
Now 50 Cent has responded to Iry Gotti’s comments through a couple of posts. “I put they whole label out of business, f_ck with me if you want to. I would stay out of my way if i wasn’t me. LOL,” wrote 50.

Irv Gotti previously revealed that he used to block 50 Cent’s label deals before he got signed by Eminem & Dr. Dre. “I blocked the ni**a until he fell into Em and Dre’s lap,” said Gotti. “Labels would call me and I was so hot, I was just the hottest thing, I’d be like, ‘Yo, if you f**k with him, I ain’t f**kin’ with you and they’d be like, ‘We ain’t f**kin’ with him then Gotti, forget it.’”
In May 2000, 50 Cent was notoriously shot nine times outside of his grandmother’s home in South Jamaica, Queens. He was hospitalised for 13 days after being struck in the hand, arm, hip, both legs, chest, and left cheek.
“It happens so fast that you don’t even get a chance to shoot back,” he told MTV in 2003.”I was scared the whole time … I was looking in the rear-view mirror like, ‘Oh shit, somebody shot me in the face! It burns, burns, burns.”
After Ja Rule was supposedly alerted that he was recording in the Hit Factory studios, he was attacked by Murder Inc. rapper Black Child.
Gotti declared 50 Cent was a snitch in a now-deleted Instagram post in 2016. The article also provided claimed documents claiming 50 had cooperated with authorities after the violent confrontation. “At the bottom of it you will see THE INFORMANT CURTIS JACKSON. (50 Cent). Gave this Police Report,” he wrote in part. “The Truth is he had an ORDER OF PROTECTION against myself. My brother Chris and my artist/ni**a BLACKCHILD. He left out [Ja] Rule for whatever reason. Although Rule set it on his bi**h a*s 1st.
