Future agrees that he can beat Jay-Z in a Verzuz.
The VERZUZ is trending more than ever as the legendary Jay-Z finally speaks on the popular hit-for-hit battle. During a recent session of Twitter Space, Hov joined her “Empire State of Mind” collaborator Alicia Keys where he claimed that no one has the capability to beat him in the VERZUZ.
JAY-Z argues that no one can compete with him in a Verzuz match, but Future disagrees. Big Bank, the co-host of the “Big Facts” podcast and an Atlanta resident, chimed in on the issue on Thursday morning (Dec. 23). “I promise you errrybody in Atlanta feels like Pluto can win a Verzuz against Hov!” Bank wrote in an Instagram post.
“No one can stand on that stage with me. It’s not a chance in hell that anyone can stand on that stage with me,” he said. “You gotta stand in front of the Grammy Family Freestyle live?” He also gave props to Jadakiss, for his MVP performance against Dipset. “That’s one of the best performances of the year,” he said.

Fans had been mentioning names like Eminem, Drake, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and more as a potential opponents who can out do Jay-Z in a VERZUZ showdown. Lil Jon also chimed in the conversation and said that Busta Rhymes would “Smoke” Jay-Z in a Verzuz. While Benny the Butcher says no one has songs to go against Jay. “Hov really would bury ni**as in a verzus battle. No living rapper have songs that capture the mood and impact as Jay. He my favorite rapper so I’m biased lol,” he wrote.
New generation fans also suggest Future as an opponent for Hov, and the Freebandz boss also agrees. Future reposted a story by Duct Tape Entertainment CEO Big Bank Black, who wrote, “I Promise You, ErrBody From Atlanta Feels Like Pluto Can Win A Versus Against Hov.”
Recently, Future declared that he is bigger than Jay-Z in the streets. What do y’all think would happen if the two meet on the VERZUZ stage.
