Drake makes a surprise appearance at Wireless Festival 2021.
Earlier tonight, Future was one of the performers at Wireless Festival 2021, where he surprised the crowd at Crystal Palace Park by bringing out his good friend and longtime collaborator Drake. The crowd at the show goes nuts by the incredible surprise. Before Drake started his performance, he addressed the full house Crystal Palace Park. There were some rumors about the surprise appearance, as the clips of Drake and Future getting on a flight to the UK emerged a couple of days ago.

“I’ma tell you something. I don’t even remember what this sh*t feels like. I just want to take this in, all these beautiful people in the audience. We love you so much. We miss you so much,” said Drizzy. “We wrote a lot of songs that we played in our crib or you know in our studio that we never got to do in front of y’all. So I’m hoping to play some of them for y’all tonight.”
Drake then kicked off his performance with his latest Future collaboration “Way 2 Sexy” from the “Certified Lover Boy” album. The Toronto rap star did a 5 song set including “Life is Good”, What’s Next”, “Laugh Now Cry Later”, and “Nonstop.”
Drake’s fourth UK Number One album, ‘Certified Lover Boy,’ was released earlier today. Iron Maiden’s ‘Senjutsu’ faced stiff competition, with the 21-track album finishing only 1,200 chart units ahead of the metal band’s record.
‘Certified Lover Boy’ also broke Drake’s own single-day album stream record on Spotify. With 132 million plays, his 2018 album “Scorpion” previously held the record for most single-day album streams on the platform.
Spotify confirmed that ‘Certified Lover Boy’ has shattered that record on its first day of release. The album also set a new record for the most single-day streams on Apple Music, exceeding the previous mark in just 12 hours.
