Freddie Gibbs Takes Shots At DJ Akademiks, Says He "Could've Smoked" Him

Freddie Gibbs and DJ Akademiks take shots at each other on Twitter.

Freddie Gibbs who often clowns other popular names, decided to reignite his beef with DJ Akademiks as he threatened to fight the “Off The Record” podcast host whenever he runs into him.

The Indiana native resorted to Twitter to make a mild joke at Akademiks, but it quickly went viral as the latter chose to reverse him back. Soon after, the two exchanged a few tweets, causing havoc on the microblogging site.

Akademiks posted a clip of Kay Flock and Ron Suno fighting each other along with their crew at Rolling Loud New York. Freddie reposted the AK’s post and wrote, “I hope you post it when I run into you.”

Then he revealed that he had Akademiks’ address and could’ve smoked him if he wanted to. “I coulda been smoked Akademiks. His h*e gave me his home address months ago. The ni**az in LA he was with last week was not gon protect him if I walked in that no jumper interview. I know all of them. God got bigger plans for me but when I get bored I’m back on yo a**. On VL,” he wrote. Then Akademiks responded with, “Well stfu about sh*t u aint finna do.”

“I be letting a lot of ni**az breathe The Lord’s good oxygen and they still wanna pop it like they not privileged,” wrote Gibbs in another tweet.

The two initially clashed in June 2020, and they’ve been at each other’s throats ever since. DJ Akademiks made news in December 2020 for his feud with Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill.

The two had been trading shots at each other since last year when Akademiks called the “Alfredo” rapper “Irrelevant”. Freddie Gibbs also shades AK when his “Everybody Struggle” tv show ended.
