While there is no official release date for the album, Fivio has been teasing further tracks for it, including a Destiny’s Child-inspired single. This year, Yeezy and Fivio have spent a lot of time together while Kanye works on Donda 2 and the “Big Drip” rapper finishes his long-awaited LP, tentatively titled The Bible.
Fivio discussed his role on the album in a recent interview with the Los Angeles Leakers on Power 106, revealing Kanye paid him a great praise when he turned in his verse. “I go Ye, who I remind you of? Who I remind you of?” Fivio recalls. “He like, ‘I don’t know, that’s a good question.’ The question went past so I guess we start eating or whatever. Then something hit him. He go, ‘I got it! Kanye also reconnected with veteran Roc-A-Fella lyricist Beanie Sigel for a star-studded recording session with DaBaby and Travis Scott over the weekend. Yesterday (February 6), Yeezy organised a Black Future Month brunch event and Sunday Service, which Fivio also attended.
