Eminem’s ‘Kamikaze’ achieves another new milestone.
The legendary Detroit Rapper continues getting new plaques for his songs as well albums, as all tracks of Eminem’s 2018 hit album ‘Kamikaze‘ are eligible for GOLD now. The project which was a surprise release is eligible for 2x Platinum after recently surpassing over 2 million sales. All the songs from the project have sold 500k or more in the US.
After Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born soundtrack, Kamikaze is the second album from 2018 to surpass 500,000 traditional sales. Eminem has the most album sales of any artist in 2018 because of Kamikaze and his extensive back catalogue. He is still the best-selling rapper of all time, with two albums earning diamond certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales exceeding 10 million copies: The Marshall Mathers LP in 2000 and The Eminem Show in 2002.
