Drake calls for “Free Tory Lanez” on Instagram.
Drake again comes forward to show support for incarcerated Tory Lanez, as the fellow Canadian artist continues to fight against the sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. The Toronto rap star took to his social media and posted a picture of Tory Lanez on his story, with the caption “3 You”, which is slang for “Free You.”

Back in 2022, Drizzy also got into some controversy as he mentioned Tory and Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting incident on the song “Circo Loco”. “This bi–h lie about getting shot but she still a stallion / She don’t even get the joke but she still smiling,” he raps. “Shorty say she graduated, she ain’t learn enough / Play your album, track onе, ‘kay, I heard enough,” he referenced Stallion graduating in 2021.
After the lines from Drake, Stallion fired shots at the Toronto rapper in a series of tweets. “I know I’m very popular but y’all gotta stop attaching weak a-s conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol Ni–as nor h-es EVER address me or @ me WITH a fact or receipts. I AM CLOUT BI–H keep s–king my pu–y,” he wrote in a tweet.
“Stop using my shooting for clout bi–h a-s Ni–as!” she said on another tweet. “Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You ni-as especially RAP NI–AS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.”
“And when the mf facts come out remember all y’all h-e a-s favorite rappers that stood behind a Ni–a that SHOT A FEMALE,” she continued. “People attack me y’all go up for it , i defend myself now I’m doing too much … every time it never ends and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot … y’all don’t fwm okay cool f–k it bye.”
