DJ Vlad gives an opinion on the potential Eminem vs Busta Rhymes Verzuz battle.
Dr. Dre has ignited the internet with a potential Eminem appearance on the Verzuz stage after the legendary producer asked “Marshall Mathers vs Who?”. The fans and fellow artists are debating on who could go against the Detroit icon. Swizz Beatz, the co-creator of Verzuz, named Busta Rhymes as Eminem’s opponent, which divided the social media.
Now DJ Vlad also chimes in the conversation, with a comparison of Busta Rhymes and Eminem’s most-streamed records. “You can debate Eminem Verzuz Busta Rhymes all you want, but add up the numbers behind each of their top 5 biggest songs on Spotify (all of them older songs btw) and you’ll see that Eminem has 5 times the views of Busta,” he wrote on the picture on Em & Busta’s Spotify pages.

E-40 was also asked about the potential battle, and he said that Busta Rhymes would eat Shady in a Verzuz. I’mma keep it real and I love Eminem. Busta Rhymes would eat Eminem in a Verzuz battle. I really believe that,” he said. “Busta Rhymes goes crazy. Because, now, it’s turned into a performance type of situation. Busta Rhymes is animated. He got gas. He raps fast, all that. He do all that stuff that Eminem do. And Busta Rhymes got up-tempo slaps that get the party goin’. Anytime you got up-tempo slaps, you’re gonna win.”
Eminem received roses from E-40 as well, “Eminem is so legendary. You know, definitely. Can’t take nothing away from him. Great hits, great style- I mean, he’s legendary, he’s an icon.”

On other hand, former Slaughterhouse MC KXNG Crooked is not a fan of this match up. “I’m not sold on Busta Vs Em.,” he said. “I feel like it makes sense to people because they both know how to rap fast but after that happens the catalogs go in two completely different directions imo.”
