The tweet went viral on Twitter, which prompted a response from the rapper himself. “‘E-list rapper’ kinda funny [not gonna lie],” he wrote.
He continued with another post as he retweeted his new song “I’m Geekin” on the list of most added tracks on US Urban Radio this week. “Number two. E-list rapper going crazy,” he wrote, before announcing a remix, “I’m Geekin remix this Friday!”

“I grew up being on YouTube and would always see the young Black creators and was constantly inspired by them. He was one of them,” Bailey revealed previously. She revealed that she first noticed DDG, 25, online in 2015, but they didn’t connect until she heard of his new music. “… I saw that he was dropping music, and I really gravitated toward this one song. Coincidentally he messaged me — and the rest is history.”
In July 2023, DDG released his third studio album “Maybe It’s Me…”, a follow-up to last year’s “It’s Not Me It’s You.” The project arrived with 12 tracks, with guest appearances from NLE Choppa & BIA on “I’m Geekin” remix, and Luh Tyler on “I’m Geekin”.
