It looks like DaBaby is a changed man after learning from his previous mistakes. The controversial rapper who became the target of the cancel culture for his homophobic remarks at Rolling Loud a couple of months ago, now getting praised for his recent good deeds. DaBaby who was previously criticized for not giving money to kids selling candy on a road, now helps a kid with around $300 at a gas station.
The parent of the boy shared recorded footage of the interaction with the caption, “He just gave my boy $100 [heart emojis] @dababy.” The clip was reposted with a caption, “He asked him if he could go in there and pay for his gas and he would give him $100. He handed him $300 and told him to put $100 on the tank and keep the rest [clap emoji] on top of the $100 he already gave him [crying laughing emoji].”

The rap artist has been fairly quiet in the months after the Rolling Loud incident, but that does not mean he has remained mute. We’ve got a few statements from the North Carolina rapper, and while his homophobic issue was a setback, DaBaby is hoping it’s only a small one.
DaBaby has received encouraging comments from folks like Rick Ross and 50 Cent, and it appears that he is repaying those good vibes with a nice deed that left one youngster a couple of hundred bucks richer.
DaBaby recently teamed up with Lil Wayne, whom he called the best rapper alive, for a new collaboration called “Lonely“, which was dedicated to his late brother Glen Johnson. The song received huge praise from 50 Cent, who called it the best song about mental health. “This is the best song i have heard about mental health. they snapped on this one,” wrote Fifty. DaBaby said in an interview with the Full Send Podcast that he costs $200K for a club appearance and earned $300K on his Dua Lipa collaboration. “I got a bag,” he said. “I think it was three-even [$300K]. … I think it was 300 to be fair, I don’t wanna throw no extra grease in the pan. It was at least three, though. It might have been $350K.”
