Bizarre talks about Eminem’s insane working schedule.
Over the years, Eminem was often praised by his collaborators for his commitment and focus on making music. Now former D12 rapper Bizarre, also share details of working with the Detroit rapper, with whom he dropped albums like 2001’s “Devil’s Night” and 2004’s “D12 World”.
“It was a lot of work, man. I think we had fun after the studio,” he said. “Being in the studio with Em, man, sometimes you might be in the booth for five, six hours doing one verse over. He was on yo a*s.” “He was such a perfectionist,” the host responds.
Bizarre continued, “I remember one time he got so sick with it, man, I went home and he wanted me to do some ad-libs over. I guess he couldn’t wait ’til I came back; the next day, he had did them for me. He sounded just like me, my voice. I was like, ‘Bro, you are sick.’”
“I remember some advice that he gave me that I never followed, but I should’ve followed this sh*t. He said, ‘Man, sometimes just go over the verses over and over again when you take it home. And ask yourself, ‘Did I say the dopest line right here? Could I have said something better right here? And if you think you could’ve, you know what I’m saying, come back and do it.’ But I never listened to him [laughs]. I was like, ‘F**k that, I’m going back to the hotel.’”
Eminem has one of the greatest rap professions of all time because of his hard ethic. He will become a part of the class of 2022 when he is inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame later this year. His second greatest hits album, Curtain Call 2, which features Rihanna, Beyonce, Snoop Dogg, and others, was published last month.
