Cardi B addresses rumors of Eminem declining a collaboration with her.
Cardi B has reportedly been working on her sophomore album, and rumors have been swirling noting that she had her sights set on getting Eminem as a guest, but was turned down. There have been rumors about many potential guest features on the upcoming studio album by Cardi B, and one of them is Eminem. A source claimed that Cardi B reached out to Eminem for collaboration but the legendary Detroit Artist declined because she doesn’t care about the culture or her craft.
After all the rumors circulating on social media, Cardi B decided to directly address the situation as she responds to a tweet which stated, “Insiders Report: that Eminem has now declined a ft request for Cardi B’s upcoming project: says “she doesn’t care about the culture or her craft”
“BIG LIES….I get off the internet and ya makin sh*t up Face with tears of joyFace with tears of joy I haven’t sent no songs to no artist yet. Love his work and much respect.This don’t even make sense,” wrote Cardi in her response.

Cardi has had to refute further suspicions following the success of her song “Up,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, including whether or not her most recent single was the result of radio play payola. She stated on Instagram, “They love to run with that ‘Payola’ to make them feel better,”You should keep in mind that WAP barely hit radio since it was so explicit but yet reached number one, and I didn’t [debut] at number one because to my poor radio play.
After that, she also teased some collaborations to look out for. “Since they like to make up LIES about me cause their so obsessed just know this .. y’all laughing about this fake rumor but wait until y’all see these next collabs 😉”
