Eminem called Big Sean “One Of the Most Dangerous Emcees”.
Big Sean’s new album ‘I Decided‘ is in stores now and he recently sat down with Big Boy for an interview to talk about the project. On the show, Sean revealed that he received big praise from Eminem for his verse on ‘No Favors‘.
It’s only been four days since the album’s release, but “No Favors” has already generated a lot of attention, with admirers of the craft marveling at how skilled Eminem’s wordplay is, as well as the technical aspects of his flow on the track. His dramatic comments to Donald Trump, Aaron Hernandez, and Michelle were as impressive to more passive listeners. Meanwhile, Big Sean is getting better news with each passing day, with “I Decided” expected to debut at #1 on the Billboard albums chart with approximately 173,000 units sold.
“He was telling me how much he loved my verse,” Big Sean said. “I’m like man shut your mouth,” raising laughs from the crowd inside the studio. “He was like,’I respect you.. you’re one of the most dangerous emcees.”.

He also revealed he felt intimidated when he first heard the 2-minute verse sent by Eminem, “I lost my mind in the studio, I couldn’t believe it,” Sean said.”I was just happy he let it out on a track. But then I was like goddamn.”
Eminem’s line on Big Sean’s “No Favors” has sparked outrage for drawing both Trump and Ann Coulter into the mix. The I Decided emcee claimed in an interview with Big Boy that Detroit’s pioneer white rapper lauded him for his part on the irreverent single. Eminem informed Sean that while he is critical of most music he hears, Sean’s work “intrigues” him. He stated that Shady was excited to be a part of his new record.
Big Sean also said that Eminem was glad to take part in his new album. Watch the full interview below (Em’s involvement starts at the 17:20 mark).
