Benzino denies shading his daughter Coi Leray for her album sales.
Last week, Coi Leray dropped her debut album “Trendsetter“, which is expected to move over 11k equivalent units in the first week. After the reported first week numbers, Benzino reposted it on his IG story where he laughed at his own daughter with laughing emojis.
“I’d never laugh at my daughter .. type of sh*t is that ? [side eye emoji],” wrote Tory Lanez on theshaderoom’s post. “I’m gonna say he was hacked cause as a dad this is never the way..[praying hands emoji],” said Tank. “That’s your daughter n***a !!!! Smfh,” says The Game.

Now Benzino responds to viral posts and claimed that his account was hacked. “I lost @iambenzino a year ago on IG. I lost 1.3 million followers,” he wrote. “They must have shut my page down then put the name back out there. I been reported that page months ago on benzinos_legendary which they just shut down days ago @benzino.Scott is what I’m using now.”

In recent weeks, Benzino has gone on a social media rant — and it’s not about Eminem. Following Coi Leray’s appearance on The Breakfast Club, when she acknowledged her family was previously “broke,” Benzino appeared to be furious. Benzino was tormenting Leray and her mother behind the scenes in preparation for the shocking interview. “My dad is texting my mom threatening her and me because I said he went broke on the breakfast club on the day of my album release,” she wrote to Twitter. “I hate to bring this shit to social media but my father need help. Sorry if I offended you on breakfast club but don’t treatment me or my mom because you hate to admit that we went broke after the source.”
