Snoop Dogg mocks Eminem “Stan” in an old audio clip.
Eminem recently released his new Side-B “Music To Be Murdered By” where he fired shots at the legendary Snoop Dogg on the song called “Zeus“. The diss was in response to Snoop Dogg discrediting Eminem’s career and saying that the Detroit Rapper wouldn’t be where he is right now without Dr. Dre. In the song, Eminem raps:
“And, as far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me
But, just not in my camp
I’m diplomatic, ’cause I’m tryna be
Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me
Man, dog, you was like a (Yeah) damn god to me
Man, not really (Haha)
I had “dog” backwards.”
Snoop Dogg already reacted to the diss with a few subtle posts without mentioning Eminem.
Snoop Dogg remarked earlier this year that Eminem could only claim to be “the great white hope.” This could be one of the reasons, as an allegedly leaked video that has been circulating recently suggests that Snoop never liked Eminem. Snoop is heard openly disparaging Eminem’s music in the tape, which appears to be from around the time Eminem released “Stan” in 2000.
Now and old interview audio surfaces online, where the West Coast legend is trashing and mocking Eminem’s iconic single “Stan“. When the host played a Dre beat, which sounds similar to Eminem’s “Stan“, Snoop Dogg says, “When I first heard, I didn’t think none about Stan. I don’t listen to Eminem records, no disrespect to him. But I don’t listen to Eminem records, I’m a gangsta.” Then he mocks Eminem lyrics of “Stan” and called it bullsh*t. Check it out below.
