50 Cent Brings Out Fat Joe At Brooklyn Show Of Final Lap Tour

50 Cent and Fat Joe reunite at the Brooklyn concert.

50 Cent continues bringing out stars on his Final Lap world tour as the rapper now reunites with Fat Joe in Brooklyn. After bringing out J. Cole the other day, the Fif now join forces with Fat Joe at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday.

Joey Crack hit the stage to perform his hits “Lean Back” and “All The Way Up”, while 50 Cent assisted as the hype man. “I LOVE YOU HIP HOP HBD,” wrote Joe on his social media with the clip. In the same show, Fif also brought out Young MA, who performed her hit “Ooouuu!”

The early 2000s saw the feud between Fat Joe and 50 Cent. This beef started when Joe collaborated with Ja Rule, who was a sworn enemy of 50 Cent at the time, on the track “New York”. In response, 50 Cent took shots at Fat Joe in his song “Piggy Bank” from his highly successful album “The Massacre” released in 2005. In retaliation, Joe questioned Fif’s street credibility and labelled him a “coward” during a phone interview with Kay Slay of New York City’s hip-hop radio station WQHT. This exchange of insults continued for years until they both decided to come together as a tribute to Chris Lighty. Lighty, a music executive who had urged them to resolve their differences, had passed away shortly before the BET Hip Hop Awards in 2012. His passing served as the catalyst for Fat Joe and 50 Cent finally making amends and putting their long-standing beef behind them.

Earlier this week, J. Cole performed his classic “No Role Modelz”, and called Fif’s “Get Rich Or Die Tryin” the greatest album of all time. “If y’all don’t make some noise for one of the greatest ni–as to ever do this sh-t,” he said. “50 muthaf–kin Cent Curtis Jackson.”

“Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, the best album of all time, I don’t give a f–k what you talkin’ about ni–a. It’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’ at No. 1 and its Thriller at No. 2. And I love Michael Jackson, but I promise y’all that. 50 Cent, I love you my ni–a, for real.”
