Wack 100 explains why Tupac died a legend but Biggie & Nipsey Hussle didn’t.
The Game was the latest guest on DJ EFN & N.O.R.E’s “Drink Champs” podcast, where the rapper made several headline-worthy statements, including that he’s a better rapper than Eminem, and is down for a Verzuz battle. The rapper was also joined by Wack 100 in a later part, where he again revisit his comments on why Biggie Smalls wasn’t a legend when he died.
“2Pac died a legend, Biggie didn’t,” said Wack. “Tupac’s bodywork, movies, albums went quadruple platinum. He became than [legend].” “You saying Nipsey Hussle became that too?” asks NORE. “No, I’m saying he will become that. Movies gotta happen, sh*t gotta happen. He’s only been going for like two years,” he responds.

The Game also said that he had a conversation with Pop Smoke only days before he was assassinated. “And let’s call a spade a spade, L.A. claims lives. … Two of my favorite rappers died in L.A.,” Game told the hosts. “I talked to Pop Smoke three days before he died and asked him if he needed anything and he’s like, ‘I’m good, big bro.’”
