“Rap Game Is Supposed to Be Challenging,” said Snoop Dogg in a new video with Eminem.
In a new Dojo talk uploaded on Eminem’s social media platforms, Snoop feels nostalgic about his youth and recounts how Eminem challenged him.
Snoop Dogg said that working with Eminem is challenging and that this is how the “rap game is supposed to be.” In celebration of the release of their latest collaboration, “From The D 2 The LBC,” the iconic Snoop Dogg sat with Slim Shady in a clip posted on social media.
Speaking of Snoop’s part of the song, Eminem adds, “Yeah, but you killed it though, bro.”
“You challenge me, Marshall,” Snoop responds. You put me back in my karate school days, where I used to be a young MC and, you know, loved the challenge of having to try new styles and new cadences.” “The rap game is supposed to be difficult; it’s supposed to make you dig in your bag,” he continues, “cause I’ve heard you on other songs with other rappers and you tend to show out, so I wanted to make sure I was going to represent.”
“You showed out,” In the video, Eminem agrees.
