Russ and Big Sean team up on “Shut Me Up”.
Russ continues putting out new material as he now teams up with Big Sean for a new collaboration titled “Shut Me Up”. The song is produced by Russ and Helluva, and it samples a moment from Netflix series “Baby Reindeer.”
“I’ve been bitin’ on my nails (Hrr), I miss gettin’ hammered / Please, shut the f–k up (Please), I’ve been workin’ on my manners / Might’ve ended up like Chandler if it wasn’t for my friends (Yeah) / I’m a multimillionnaire but I still want their two cents (Come on),” raps Russ.
“Type of life I live would probably shorten your whole life span / I’m gettin’ five thousand times a hundred just to touch a mic stand (Frrt) / You raise your right hand, talkin’ ’bout you ain’t snitched / Judge lookin’ like, “Alright, man” / And I’m goin’ Zero Dark Thirty mode / Tunnel vision so I do my dirt and clean in them “oals” (Oals),” raps Sean.
The track is the second one from Russ’ “The Elephant & The Rider,” which is the deluxe version of his album W!LD.
