Playboi Carti shares a new music video “Different Day”.
After a teaser on his social media, Playboi Carti has officially dropped a brand new song titled “Different Day”. The song arrived with a music video, which dropped on Carti’s secondary Instagram account opium_00pium. “You can’t judge something if there is no ..criteria,” he wrote with the release.
The track is reportedly the first offering from long-awaited new album from Carti, which is titled “I Am Music.” The album was teased earlier this week with the caption “Prepare”. The new song is also shared by Travis Scott, The Weeknd and others on their IG stories.

“I’ve been recording in Paris, I love Paris. Amazing,” Carti told Numéro Berlin in recent interview. “I was recording, in a cave, for like three months, and all the music that came out of that is just chaotic and crazy. Then, I’m in a glass house, somewhere in the hills, and the music there is just very good to the ears. And then, I’m in Atlanta and the tensions are just high and the music is biting.”
Carti hasn’t released an album since 2020’s “Whole Lotta Red”, which became his first #1 album on Billboard. The project featured guest appearances from Future, Kid Cudi and Kanye West.
