Lil Durk drops a new song ‘JUMP’ feat. Booka600, Memo600 & Late King Von.
After giving us Kehlani assisted ‘Love You Too‘ last month, Lil Durk continues releasing new material as he drops a new song called “Jump” which features Booka600, Memo600, and a posthumous verse from King Von. This will appear on the upcoming OTF compilation project called ‘Loyal Bros‘.
OTF’s reign continues with the release of the group’s latest track, “Jump,” which comes with a video. Only The Family’s general, Lil Durk, and the collective’s late capo, King Von, were featured on “Jump.” The record also contains Chicago’s Booka600 and Memo600, both of whom are signed to Durk’s label.
Only The Family delivers “JUMP,” the tape’s energizing opening track, which features Lil Durk, Memo600, Booka600, and a show-stopping verse from the tragically departed King Von, along with the tracklist announcement. “JUMP” is a minor note trap ballad that exemplifies the brotherly bond that distinguishes OTF. As Durk, Memo, and Booka trade bars, highlighting the necessity of loyalty and emphasizing that they compose music for people caught in the trenches, the song serves as a mission statement for the entire CD. A full-length verse by King Von serves as the song’s focus, in which he delivers one of his renowned insane stories about what happens when you trust the wrong people. Following Timo’s instructive “Rules” and Memo600 and Foogiano’s smoldering “Pistol Totin’,” “JUMP” is the third single from Loyal Bros.
The cover of Loyal Bros pays respect to OTF’s fallen vultures, remembering King Von, who had a high sales before his untimely death in November, and acknowledging OTF Nunu aka Nuski’s still-painful absence, who died in 2014. Loyal Bros is available everywhere via Only The Family/EMPIRE and features further performances from Slimelife Shawty, EST Gee, Lil Mexico, Ikey, and others, as well as production by OTF-signed producers TouchOfTrent and John Lam, as well as others including TM88 and Chopsquad DJ.
