Eminem drops new song “Tobey” with Big Sean & BabyTron.
Eminem continues the rollout for his upcoming album as he now releases the brand new single titled “Tobey”. The song features assistance from fellow Detroit rappers Big Sean & BabyTron. While Sean worked with Eminem several times previously, this is first time BabyTron linked up with the Detroit legend following his appearance in the “Doomsday Pt. 2” music video.
The title of the song is inspired by the Spider-man character Tobey Maguire, who BabyTron mentioned in the first line of the song. “Tobey Maguire got bit by a spider, but see, me, it was a goat,” he raps. Eminem also unveiled the official cover art for the song, where he used the popular three Spider-man meme pointing at each other.

“How rappers I’ve already ripped could be (What?) higher up on a list than me / Yet I sit here on your list that went five, is fine, but just know inside / To me that sh-t’s hilarious, so when I get dissed though and by a pioneer / Who was one of the reasons why I’m here / They tell me I should just let that sh-t go and slide / “Melle Mel shouldn’t get no reply, that man is a legend” / Bi–h, so am I,” raos Eminem.
This is the second single by Eminem, and it followed up on the hit track “Houdini” which dropped last month. “Houdini” debuted at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The song will appear on his comeback album “The Death of Slim Shady“, which is slated to drop on 12th July.
