Big Sean to drop new album “Better Me Than You” on August 9.
Big Sean officially kicked off the campaign for his next project as he announced the brand new album “Better Me Than You”. The project will be released on August 9th next month. This will be his sixth studio album, and a follow-up to 2020’s “Detroit 2.”
The Detroit rapper has dropped the first single off the project which is titled “Yes.” This is produced by FNZ, Mano, Lil Rich, OG Webbie, Milan Beker, The-Dream & Big Sean himself.

“New sh-t might get spooky, had to bring the ways back / Stupid lil’ bi–h want reminisce about some sh-t from way back / When you slacking on the job, that’s when they try and take that / Ni–as really think they cutthroat ’cause they talkin’ off they necks / How don’t you get out your feelings? Middle fingers to these ni–as / They wanna see me turn to the villain, either way though I’ma kill ’em,” he raps.
The announcement comes following a Kanye West fan leaked the entire alleged Big Sean album online. “Might as well start droppin, before they leak it all, got damn [Laughing emoji] BIG SEAN x THE ALCHEMIST soon,” Sean wrote after the leak.
