The Game’s new album “Drillmatic – Heart vs Mind” is here.
After teasing it throughout this year, The Game has finally unleashed his highly anticipated new album “Drillmatic – Heart vs Mind” which is executive produced by Hit-Boy. The project is his 11th studio album, and a follow up to his 2019’s “Born 2 Rap”.
The record arrives 3 months after Game crowned Drillmatic the album of the year. “I know my album gone be the best album of 2022, ’cause the energy feels like I just signed my deal,” he wrote in a post on Instagram. “You’ve never heard me rap like this, I promise you.”

The new album comes with 30 tracks, including previously released “Eazy” with Kanye West. Additional guest appearances come from Ice-T, Fivio Foreign, NBA Youngboy, YG, Ty Dolla Sign, Roddy Ricch, Jeremih, Pusha T, 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Tory Lanez, Meek Mill, Moneybagg Yo, Big Sean, Nipsey Hussle, Rick Ross, Chris Brown and more.
In his explanation of the delay in the album’s release, he alluded to highly personal issues, saying that he had “witnessed disloyalty on levels unimaginable by people I’ve trusted with my heart, money, career & livelihood.” The Game stated, “Not only have I been backstabbed & betrayed. I’ve been left to pick up the pieces alone. I’m in no way shape or form angry with anyone for choosing to act in the manner they have as of recent & send love & well wishes from this day forward as there is no hate, malice or vengefulness in my heart.”
The project also consists the much-talked-about Eminem diss track “The Black Slim Shady” where the rapper name drops 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Royce da 5’9″, his ex-wife Kim, his daughter Hailie Jade and more.
Meanwhile, as revealed in the tracklist late Nipsey Hussle was on the album but we couldn’t find his feature when the album was dropped.
It was planned for Nipsey Hussle to perform on the song “World Tours.” When the album went live on Friday on streaming providers, the song wasn’t there. The song was allegedly removed less than two hours before the album’s release, according to Now Game’s manager Wack 100 and Nipsey’s brother Blacc Sam. “I got an email from my attorney, at about 7:30, an hour-and-a-half before it dropped. Nipsey’s brother put in a demand for it to be pulled,” Wack said during a Clubhouse.
