Russ unleashes new project “SANTIAGO”.
After teasing it for the past few months, Russ has finally released his brand new album SANTIAGO. This is a follow-up to his recently released “Chomp 2.5” EP and 2021’s “Chomp 2” album. The new project comes with a pack of 13 tracks, and some hidden guest appearances.
“Get ready for the journey….all features and production credits will be revealed next Monday,” he wrote. “I want everyone to go into the album blind with an open mind but make no mistake, this was an extremely collaborative effort and I’m grateful for everyone who helped make this come to life. Till then, enjoy the music with your barriers down and antennas up.”

The rapper will also premiere a short film in San Antonio with 1600 fans.

“Never thought becoming this version of myself was possible tbh,” he said after the release. “Just didn’t see it. I’m proud of myself tho for not givin up and constantly tryna find answers and navigate internally. Sh-ts payin off in ways I only coulda dreamed about. It’s amazing what can happen when you just don’t quit.”
“The third and final SANTIAGO event was the premier of the short film in San Antonio and it was INSANE!!!!!! To see this many people show up to watch a short film we made was so surreal. It was so cool to experience it in a theater for the first time with fans. Surreal moment. Ended up on top of our SUV afterwards and soaked it all up!! The attention to detail and intentionality for this whole rollout has been something I’m super proud of. Everything happened better than I could’ve imagined.”
