Don Toliver drops his new album “Life of a Don”.
After officially announcing it last month, Don Toliver has released his brand new second studio album “Life of a Don“. The project is released through Atlantic Records and Cactus Jack Records. The project is laced with previously released singles “What You Need” and “Drugs N Hella Melodies” with Kali Uchis.
The album contains 16 total tracks with additional guest appearances from Baby Keem on “Outerspace”, HVN & SoFaygo on “Smoke”, and Travis Scott on two tracks “Flocky Flocky” and “You”.
It is a follow-up to Houston, Texas rapper’s last year’s album “Heaven or Hell” which featured guest appearances from Travis Scott, Kaash Paige, Quavo, Offset, and more. The project debuted at #7 on Billboard 200, with 44,000 album-equivalent units in the first week.
Don Toliver made a high-profile guest appearance on Kanye West’s DONDA lately. He explained how it came about in an interview with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning, “[Kanye] just sent me off with some songs. I did a bunch of different records, and one of them ended up becoming ‘Moon,’ so it was a crazy blessing for me at the end of the day.”
