Belly drops his new album “See You Next Wednesday.”
Belly has finally released his brand new long-awaited album “See You Next Wednesday“. The project is a sequel to his 2018’s album “Immigrant”. The new album is executive produced by Belly, The Weeknd, DannyBoyStyles, and The ANMLS.
The album’s title is a nod to famous filmmaker John Landis, who frequently uses the phrase “see you next Wednesday” in his fictitious works. Belly had a star-studded album release party at Tao LA, which included The Weeknd, Young Thug, Ty Dolla $ign, Gunna, London on da Track, and more. He also sang “Flowers” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night!
The album contains a pack of 15 records with guest appearances from The Weeknd & Young Thug on “Better Believe“, Benny The Butcher on “Money On The Table“, Moneybagg Yo on “Zero Love”, PnB Rock & Gunna on “Razor”, The Weeknd & Nas on “Die For It”, NAV on “Requiem”, Big Sean on “Scary Sight”, Lil Uzi Vert on “Two Tone” and more.
“Before I officially close out an album, there’s two people I play it for to get the seal of approval. Hov and Abel. That being said, I can officially say the album is done,” said Belly in a statement.
Throughout the summer, he teased the album’s arrival by releasing three singles: “Better Believe,” “Zero Love,” and “Money on the Table.”
