Lil Baby shares his new album “It’s Only Me”.
Lil Baby continues putting out new music as he finally released his brand new album “It’s Only Me”. This is his third studio album after 2018’s “Harder Than Ever” and 2020’s “My Turn“.
The album contains 23 tracks, with guest appearances from Nardo Wick on “Pop Out”, Young Thug on “Never Hating”, Future on “From Now On”, Jeremih on “Stop Playin”, EST Gee on “Back and Forth”, Pooh Shiesty on “Shiest Talk” and more. Along with the album, Lil Baby shared the video for “California Breeze” with his fans.
The Atlanta rapper’s previous record-breaking 2020 album “My Turn“, debuted atop the US Billboard 200, earning 197,000 album-equivalent units, and became his first number-one album. The album was certified triple platinum in February 2021.
Last year, Lil Baby also teamed up with Lil Durk for a joint album “The Voice of the Heroes“, which also topped the US Billboard 200 chart, earning 150,000 album-equivalent units, including 4,000 copies in pure album sales.
In a new interview with The Associated Press, the “Detox” rapper discussed the length of his upcoming album. “I could’ve put 15 songs out and just added seven more songs then put out another album. I could put out two albums in no time,” Lil baby explained. “But I haven’t put nothing out in two years. It’s almost really going on three (years). … I’m not going to drop a deluxe.”
