“Creed III: The Soundtrack” album is here.
Dreamville has released the soundtrack album to the new boxing film “Creed III”. The sports drama film stars Michael B. Jordan, which also makes his directorial debut with the project. It is the sequel to 2018 film, and third in the Creed series, and the overall ninth instalment in the Rocky film series.
The star-studded soundtrack album comes with 18 tracks, featuring guest appearances from JID, Big Sean, J. Cole, Bas, Ari Lennox, Westside boogie, Morray, BJ The Chicago Kid, Kehlani, REASON, Cozz and more.
The project comes following the recent announcement of Dreamville Fest 2023, which will feature the entire label roster, along with guests like Drake, Usher, Lil Durk, Summer Walker, GloRilla, City Girls and more.
According to a press release, Dreamville collaborated with Proximity Media, Outlier Society, and Frank Brim to bring the project to life. The soundtrack was created with the aim of achieving a certain goal “to create a musical experience that fit not just the film’s needs but one that will be celebrated as its own piece of art—inspired by both the film and the coming together of various artists on a soundtrack that matches the film’s acclaim and impact on community and culture.”
