XXL drops Megan Thee Stallion’s Freshman 2019 freestyle.
After kicking off their freestyle series with DaBaby yesterday, XXL has released their second freestyle of 2019 Freshman Class which is of Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
This track has Meg spitting on it. All of these elements, combined with an enticing groove, elevated Megan from budding new talent to a name to watch in 2019, when she secured a deal with 300 Entertainment and released the song’s accompanying video.
“I’m gettin’ money, I ain’t even mad atcha/Rich b**h s**t, I might throw a bag at ya,” she impressively raps in a double-time flow. “Speakin’ on my name only make it sound better/Your ni**n my DMs and he writin’ love letters/Texas boo*y lookin’ softer than Hawaiian rolls/I be in the gym, I’m your girl body goals./Flexin’ on the ‘Gram do it for you mad hoes/Everything I do, they watch me like I’m on parole.”
