Watch ASAP Rocky Brings Out 50 Cent at Rolling Loud Fest 2019

ASAP Rocky brings out 50 Cent at Rollin Loud.

Rolling Loud, the music festival that takes place in locations all around the world, arrived to New York for the first time this past weekend. Rolling Loud 2019 took place in Citi Field, New York this weekend which was headlined by Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Wu-Tang-Clan on an opening day. On day two, it was headlined by Lil Uzi Vert and ASAP Rocky. ASAP Rocky brought out G4 Boyz, ASAP Ferg, and 50 Cent. Fifty performed ‘What Up Gangsta‘ and ‘I Get Money‘.

In his rap career, A$AP Rocky has generated plenty of local experiences for New Yorkers. You were probably there when he and the A$AP Mob raided Santos Party House in 2011 to conduct a rebellious rendition of “Pesos,” depending on your age. Or when he brought his Long. Live. in 2012. With the support of his buddies ScHoolboy Q and Danny Brown, A$AP Ferg brings his tour to Roseland Ballroom. The first Yams Day, hosted at Terminal 5 in 2016, has become a Harlem institution, promising a lifetime of homages to the late A$AP Yams by staging one every year, to progressively larger audiences and locations.

Flacko brought Fif onto the big stage for a medley performance that included hard-hitting cuts like “What Up Gangsta,” “I Get Money,” and the original “Big Rich Town” in the middle of his set. It’s a shame the two never collaborated since now would have been a perfect time. Nonetheless, it’s nice to witness a couple of New York artists exhibit affection for one another, putting their petty disputes aside for the sake of music.
