After the performances from Cardi B, ASAP Rocky, Yo Gotti, Lil Pump, YG, T.I., Lil Baby and more, here comes BET’s Hip Hop cypher where young and rising rappers shows their skills. The Cypher includes the likes of G Herbo, Cordae, Casanova, Erykah Badu, Vic Mensa (who dissed XXXTentacion), Taylor Bennett and more.
With eleven nominations, Drake topped the BET Hip-Hop Awards 2018, followed by Cardi B with ten. Childish Gambino had six nominations, Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar tied for five, and Jay-Z (also known as “The Carters” alongside Beyoncé in the Album of the Year, Best Collabo, Duo or Group, and Song of the Year categories) received four.
