Eminem, Slaughterhouse, and Yelawolf come together to represent the Shady camp with a cypher “SHADY CXVPHER” promoting Shady XV, an album designed to commemorate Shady Records’ 15th anniversary. Here’s a look behind the scenes.
Normally, emcees in cyphers stand in a circle while delivering their verses, but Shady takes a different approach. In the video, each featured musician has seen spit lyrical warfare in their respective hometowns. It’s also worth mentioning that this is an 18-minute session.
Yesterday, Eminem & shady Records Drops A New Series titled Shady XV Quinceanera (Episode 1). Eminem Celebrated 15 years of shady Records with the Two-Disc Compilation SHADY XV, the Album Going to Release on November 24th.
Eminem and his crew have been going all out to promote the upcoming Shady XV collection, which will be released on Black Friday. We got an animated horror clip first, and now we’re getting some real bars. The Shady 2.0 cast gets busy with Eminem, Royce Da 5’9′′, Joe Budden, KXNG CROOKED, Joell Ortiz, and Yelawolf representing their own hometowns. We define busy as banging out rhymes without a beat for 18 minutes straight, with Em capping it off in dramatic style. Take a look at the video below.
