Nas shares visual for “30.”
Nas is back with some new material as the legendary rapper unleashes the music video for his song called “30.” The track is produced by Hit-Boy, and it appeared on their last year’s joint album “King’s Disease 3”. This follows up Nas’s previous visual “Michael & Quincy”, and the 21 Savage collab “One Mic, One Gun”.
“Premier album still might happen / I wonder why Pete Rock would act like that / That type of behavior make me give rap right back (Thirty) / And now I can’t tell if all the good that I did’s bein’ hid with they agenda again, ni**a,” he raps.
Directed by Sarah McColgan, the black-and-white music video for “30” showcases Nas’s commanding stage presence as he brings his lyrics to life in an almost divine manner. The visuals have drawn comparisons to the iconic video for Big Sean’s hit track, “Blessings.”
