Kanye West drops the “Come To Life” video.
Kanye West continues releasing new material as he drops a music video for his song called “Come To Life“. It is the first visual from his latest album. A few days ago, Kanye West finally released his long-delayed album “DONDA” which is currently rocking the charts and streaming platforms. The video features clips of Ye’s third album listening session in Chicago. It shows Kanye West lit himself on fire, his childhood home in the middle of the stadium, and Kim Kardashian in a wedding gown.
The graphics incorporate video from Kanye’s Donda album listening session at Soldier Field in Chicago last week. The video also includes clips of Kim Kardashian’s unexpected entrance at the end of the song, as well as the multi-hyphenate appearing to be set on fire.
The project featured guest appearances from Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Lil Baby, The Weeknd, Travis Scott, the late Pop Smoke, Jay Electronica, The Lox, Young Thug, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, Pusha T, Playboi Carti, Ty Dolla Sign, Baby Keem, Chris Brown, Fivio Foreign and more.
With #DONDA, West has a chance to “break the record for most #1 albums on the Billboard 200 among artists debuting on the list this century.” Though first-week sales statistics have yet to be tabulated, early projections suggest that ‘Ye will outsell Halsey’s recently released album, If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power, with around 350,000 album-equivalent units.
The project is expected to break the 2021 record for moving most equivalent units in the first week.
