Southside and Lil Durk link up for “Save Me”.
Southside is back with some new music as he teams up with Lil Durk for a brand new collaboration titled “Save Me”. This follows up his previous offering “Hold That Heat” with Future & Travis Scott, and will appear on his upcoming new album.
“You ain’t got to be top-notch everywhere, you could be trenches famous / These ni**as be talkin’ ’bout who they killed that sh*t be entertainment / Sit back, laugh, and talkin’ ’bout how we came from the basement / And I don’t be carin’ ’bout the next ni**a, sh*t, the trenches made me,” raps Smurk.
Even if you’re unfamiliar with Southside, chances are good that you’re familiar with his hits. The Atlanta producer has collaborated on tracks with artists including TM88, Gunna, Lil Yachty, Saint Jhn, and Giggs. He has also recorded music under his own name, including “Order” with TM88 and Gunna, “Hmmm” with Lil Yachty and Valee, “Been Thru This Before” with Giggs and Saint Jhn, and “Blue Jean Bandit” with TM88, Moneybagg Yo, Young Thug.
