Papoose drops the video for “Thought I Was Gonna Stop”.
Papoose had been releasing new projects every month through this year, and his latest offering was “September” which was released last month. On the project, the stand-out track was his collaboration with Lil Wayne, which was titled “Thought I Was Gonna Stop“.
Before his next project “October” drops, Papoose decided to share a music video for his Lil Wayne joint, which is produced by Timbaland.
This year, Lil Wayne has been on a crazy run of features that has made even people who have been dubious of him in the past eat their words. Most recently, he contributed a verse to a Run The Jewels remix, and last night, he collaborated with Rich The Kid on their collaboration album Trust Fund Babies.
All of the emcees perform good rhymes over Timbo’s production, which you can listen to on YouTube before it hits the rest of the DSPs. Papoose has released ‘Obituary 2021,’ which you can listen to here.
Papoose also worked with Russ on the song “No No,” which was also produced by Russ. They previously collaborated on the song ‘Bucket Hat Low,’ which was released last month as part of the CHOMP 2 album.
