Rapsody returns with new material as she teams up with Kendrick Lamar and his TDE’s Lance Skiiiwalker for a new song called “Power”. This will appear on her upcoming ‘Laila’s Wisdom‘ album.
The latest Roc Nation singer brings some serious songwriting to the table, discussing everything from black female strength to the deluded pull of gun ownership. With Kendrick Lamar doing Kendrick Lamar things on the hook and Skiiiwalker on the hook, the outcome is a total “deconstruction of power” built on tidy rhymes and a tight flow.
