Meek Mill drops the video for “Angels (RIP Lil Snupe)”.
Following the release of the “Expensive Pain” video earlier this week, Meek Mill continues dropping new visuals as he releases one for his song called “Angels (RIP Lil Snupe)“. The track is dedicated to Lil Snupe, Meek’s friend and rapper who was signed to his Dreamchasers label before he was shot and killed in June 2013.
“When Snupe died, I was high, sh*t, I ain’t get to feel it
And I can’t lie, I been on my mind and I ain’t hear this killin’
Too many guys been switchin’ sides, it’s only gettin’ realer
Look in my eyes, when you see fire, turn me to a villain,” he raps.
Following the success of the album’s visuals for “Flamerz Flow,” “Sharing Locations,” “Blue Notes 2,” “On My Soul,” “Intro (Hate On Me),” and the title track, Meek now has a new clip for “Angels (RIP Lil Snupe),” an emotional track in which Meek raps about his late artist and song’s namesake, who was tragically killed back in 2013.
The track is off his latest album “Expensive Pain” which dropped last week with guest appearances Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Kehlani, ASAP Ferg, Moneybagg Yo, and more.
