Lil Baby drops ‘Forever’ video.
After giving us the visual for Gunna assisted ‘Heatin Up‘, Lil Baby continues releasing new material as he teams up with Lil Wayne for the official visual for their song called ‘Forever‘. It appeared on Lil Baby’s new album ‘My Turn‘.
“Forever,” which features Lil Wayne, is about enjoying the high life of drugs, money, ladies, and a group of devoted pals. The song video, produced by Jon J., has the two actors rapping in front of a screen depicting storms and flames while relaxing in a luxurious automobile while a gorgeous woman dressed as a dark angel saunters around.
Lil Wayne, who recently had his own No. 1 album with Funeral, doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, and Baby trade verses in double time. A sentence about “sipping on a Promethazine latte” is another typical Weezy.
Lil Baby just posted on Instagram about the most recent album: “I called it ‘My Turn’ because I feel like everybody else had a lil’ turn. It’s my turn now. Everybody dropped their mixtapes, their albums go number 1, number 2, number 3.”
After Lil Baby’s sophomore album, My Turn, was released less than a week ago, the “Forever” video was released. The album, which included Moneybagg Yo, Young Thug, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, and other artists, has since topped Apple Music rankings and is expected to make its Billboard 200 debut at No. 1 the following week.
