Belly drops the “Requiem” video with NAV.
Belly returns with some more new material as the Palestinian-Canadian rapper drops the official video for his song called “Requiem.” The track features assistance from his XO label mater NAV. The song appeared on his latest album “See You Next Wednesday” which dropped through Roc Nation and XO.
The project featured guest appearances from The Weeknd, Young Thug, Big Sean, Lil Uzi Vert, Benny The Butcher, and more. The new video follows up his previous visual, for Nas & The Weeknd assisted “Die For It.”
Nav conceived the song in addition to singing on it and participating in the video. This is Belly’s first single following the album’s release. Belly reflects on how far he’s come in the Cam Busby-directed video, which transports viewers into his dream world.
