Tyler, The Creator & Kali Uchis perform “See You Again” on Jimmy Fallon.
Tyler, The Creator made a stop at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for the promo run of his latest project. He teams up with Colombian-American singer-songwriter Kali Uchis to perform their track titled “See You Again“. It appeared on his latest ‘Flower Boy‘ album.
The Roots, Fallon’s in-house band, and a few violinists backed up the pair. Tyler will embark on his ‘Flower Boy’ tour on October 31, while Kali Uchis will support Lana Del Rey on her ‘L.A. to the Moon’ tour in 2018.
Tyler and Kali sing their duet as the orchestra in the rear swells up during Wednesday evening’s performance. Tyler and Kali go off the stage, and the band performs a prolonged outro.
This is Tyler’s second huge late-night concert since the release of his Flower Boy album. He played “911” on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in July. Tyler revealed on Twitter that he created the song for Zayn. His debut on “Colbert” was preceded by a remarkable interview (about Elizabeth Taylor) and performance beneath a bee-shaped disco ball.
