NLE Choppa spits bars on the Funk Flex freestyle.
NLE Choppa is on the promo run for his new album as the Memphis native now made a visit to Hot 97 for a sit down with Funkmaster Flex. Funk Flex continues his iconic freestyle series as NLE Choppa delivers bars for freestyle #170. Choppa performed the short freestyle over The Notorious B.I.G.’s classic 1994 instrumental of “Who Shot Ya?” off “Ready To Die” album.
NLE Choppa’s new album “Me vs. Me” is releasing this week after a one week delay. It will feature the previously released track “Too Hot” with Moneybagg Yo and “Jumpin” with Polo G.

NLE Choppa, who is only 19 years old, is a rising star in the music industry. In August of 2020, he launched his debut album, Top Shotta. On the project, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, and Chief Keef all made cameos. Top Shotta debuted in the Billboard 200’s top ten. NLE Choppa obviously understands his way around a rhythm and can dig into delicate issues and occurrences when he wants, even if the project isn’t the most lyrically deep or complicated.
