Freddie Gibbs returns to Power 106 for LA Leakers freestyle.
Freddie Gibbs continues the promo run for his fifth studio album “Soul Sold Separately” as he now made his return to Power 106. The rapper sat down with DJ Sourmilk and Justin Credible for their LA Leakers freestyle series, and delivered bars over Jay Z’s “This Can’t Be Life” instrumental.
“Top 5 of my generation, so they try to crucify me / They can’t kill me, they can’t slump me / Bald head Jesus, I’m Big Rabbit, I come back like Easter Sunday,” he raps.

Throughout the aggressive freestyle, Gibbs reflected on his turbulent background and sang about how somebody attempted to kill him before his high school graduation. He also sang about “trying to do schoolwork in a house without lighting.” “Everytime I let off a shot I wonder was God watching, everytime them bullets came back I wonder did God stop them,” Gibbs raps.
