Freddie Gibbs freestyle on Funk Flex’s show.
Freddie Gibbs is prepping the release of his new album “$oul $old Separately” which is arriving later this month. The rapper has kicked off the promo run as he made a visit to Funk Flex’s show for a new freestyle.
Gibbs spits bars over Amerie’s “Why Don’t We Fall In Love”, in which he addresses Covid-19, the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and also checked the likes of DJ Akademiks, Benny the Butcher and R. Kelly. “F**k R. Kelly, bi**h I’m the new king of R&B,” he raps.
“Pu**y ni**a, I don’t squash no beef, why you calling me for? / Put you in the bag, shout out to Stack, I want all of the smoke / Shoot you and get out of jail like Monopoly, h# / Freddie Gordy!,” he raps for Benny The Butcher.
Recently, Freddie Gibbs linked up with Moneybagg Yo for “Too Much” and Rick Ross for “Ice Cream“.
SSS, Gibbs’ next album, is planned to be released on September 30th and will have beats from Madlib, Alchemist, Pharrell, and others, as well as features from Offset, Jadakiss, Rick Ross, Pusha T, and others.
