2 Chainz visits Power 106 for LA Leakers freestyle.
Following the recent freestyles from Cordae and NLE Choppa, now 2 Chainz decided to show his skills as he made a return to Power 106 for a LA Leakers session. The rapper sat down with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk to spazz over the classic beat of The Pharcyde’s 1992 track “Passin’ Me By”.
“Baby, what’s yo Cash App? Just a little sponsorship / Sold so much dope, basking soda gave me a scholarship / Sold so many bags ziploc gave me a scholarship / N****s know Tony rappin’ like I’m on the Carter 6,” he raps.
He is all set to drop his new album “Dope Don’t Sell Itself” on February 4th, with guest appearances from Moneybagg Yo, Lil Baby, NBA Youngboy, Lil Durk, Roddy Ricch and more.
“ColleGrove 2,” his joint record with Lil Wayne, will also be released this year, according to him. 2 Chainz is also making inroads into the business realm. He has been designated Head of Creative Marketing for Krystal, a Southern restaurant company, where he will be in charge of menu development, merchandising, and co-branded outlets in his hometown of Atlanta.
